How early do I need to be at the airport before a private flight?

Accepted Answer

For private flights it is enough to arrive at the airport around 15–20 minutes before the planned departure.

Check-in takes place at a private terminal (FBO) and is quick and simplified — no queues and no long waiting. The whole boarding process is maximally comfortable and takes only a few minutes.

In some cases (e.g. international flights or special operational requirements) the recommended time may be slightly longer — all details are agreed individually before the flight.

Can I order a flight outside Europe as well?

Yes — private flights can be operated worldwide, including outside Europe.

Depending on the distance and the number of passengers, the right aircraft is selected — from light jets to long-range aircraft capable of intercontinental flights without a stopover or with a convenient fuel stop en route.

The entire organisation, including route planning, permits and logistics, is prepared individually so the journey is as smooth and comfortable as possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various forms of payment for maximum convenience and flexibility. Most commonly bank transfers (SEPA or international), and in selected cases card payment is also possible.

Depending on the type of cooperation and the flight date, payment details are agreed individually before the service.

How many people can a private aircraft hold?

It depends on the aircraft type.

Smaller jets (light jets) typically carry 4–6 passengers, midsize aircraft around 6–9, and larger jets (heavy jets) even 10–16 passengers.

The aircraft is always matched to the number of people, the route and the level of comfort you want during the flight.

Is there a baggage limit?

Yes — as in any aircraft there are weight limits, but in private aviation the available baggage space (the hold) matters just as much. That is why choosing the right aircraft for the amount of planned baggage is key.

There are aircraft with very spacious holds (e.g. Cessna Citation XLS), as well as those where passenger comfort took priority over baggage space (e.g. Hawker 400).

A practical rule is simple — if an aircraft has 8 seats, with maximum baggage usually up to 6 people travel comfortably. On a 6-seat aircraft, around 4 passengers is optimal with larger baggage.

The standard allowance is 1 large suitcase (20–25 kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage per person. With fewer passengers the possibilities grow significantly — with 2 people on a 6-seat jet each can bring even several suitcases.

Every flight is planned individually — I select the right aircraft to strike the best balance between comfort, baggage and cost.

Can I adjust arrival and departure times?

Yes — that is one of the greatest advantages of private flights. Departure and arrival times are fully matched to your plan.

In most cases you can choose a convenient departure time and the whole flight is planned around your schedule. If needed, times can be changed even shortly before departure, as long as operational conditions allow.

This makes the journey maximally flexible and tailored to your needs.

Is smoking allowed on board?

In most cases no — the standard in private aviation is a complete smoking ban for safety, passenger comfort and maintaining cabin quality.

However, unlike airline flights, there are exceptions. On selected aircraft — with the operator's and owner's consent — smoking is possible, including cigars.

Is there Wi-Fi on board?

Yes — most modern private jets offer Wi-Fi, often high-speed, allowing you to work, take calls or even stream.

It is worth knowing that availability depends on the aircraft type and age — smaller or older aircraft may not have internet. On larger and long-range jets Wi-Fi is practically standard, and connection quality (and any costs) depend on the system and the operator.

If Wi-Fi matters to you, I select the right aircraft to ensure full connectivity throughout the flight.

Can I drive my own car onto the apron?

Accepted Answer

In most cases it is not possible to drive your private car directly onto the apron due to security regulations.

However, in private aviation the standard is a drop-off by the aircraft — your driver can pull up very close to the private terminal (FBO), and transport directly to the aircraft arranged by airport staff is often available.

At selected airports and with the right permissions more individual arrangements are possible, but this is always agreed in advance and depends on local procedures.

On request, any catering can be ordered — from simple sets to a full menu from a premium restaurant, matched to your diet, taste and the character of the journey. Everything is agreed individually before the flight to ensure maximum comfort and quality.
